Dependability vs. Inconsistency Discussed by City Civil Registry, July 7, 2003
Fulfilling what I consented to do, even if it means unexpected sacrifice.
Rewards of Dependability Praise When family members are reliable, they receive praise from each other at home as well as in public.
Responsibility Children who prove to be dependable in little things will gain the trust of their parents. Their parents will in turn trust them in more significant areas and give added responsibility.
Dependability in the home includes: *Committing to stay together even through financial difficulties and personality conflicts *Parents being faithful to go to work and provide for the family *Sons and daughters completing their homework every day *Helping family members to avoid making commitments they cannot keep *Family members fulfilling promises they make to each other
The Musk Ox
The tank-like build of the musk ox is an ominous warning to any would-be attacker. But young musk oxen are not so imposing. The smaller oxen depend on the adults in the herd so stand between them and dangerous wolves. |
