Punctuality avoids the loss of time and energy that results from waiting and allows maximum teamwork for the task at hand.

Punctuality in the home includes:

* Giving priority to appointments made with family members

* Lifting the burdens of family members so they can get where they need to be, on time

* Being in the car in good time so as not to make the whole family late

* Family members going to bed on time in order to get up on time the next day

* Family members promptly responding to letters and phone calls

The Migrating Cliff Swallows

Each year on March 19, migrating cliff swallows arrive in San Juan Capistrano, California, as they return north. Thousands of people gather in the small town to watch. Records honoring the punctuality of various species of swallows around the world exist from as long ago as 600 B.C.
