whew................mahal ra gihapon plete diri sa Bayawan?????barato naa kaayo ang gasolina!!!!!!!!! halos katunga ang gikanaug sa presyo sa petrolyo pero mao ra gihapon ang plete.....

The City Council only received the petition for fare reduction on Dec. 3.  They have to amend the ordinance in order to comply with the legal requirements.  The City Council will be conducting a public hearing tomorrow at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at the City Gym for fare reduction of tricycle fare.

You are invited to attend the saaid public hearing.

  Good Day!!!!!!!!!!!

 Just wanna ask is there any improvement in my complain regarding to the Vdeoke machine that operates behind city gym. Coz they are still operating during late night. Did the said office assigned really do there assignment? What have you agreed during the open furom?

We have already called the attention of the owners of the establishments concerned.  Note that under our Ordinance No. 36 Series of 2004, the subject establishments are allowed to operate until 12 midnight.  Because of the complaint, we have already advised them to lower down their sound output during late night.

Further, we are just waiting for the Amended Ordinance requiring videoke operators to provide sound proofing.  We are hoping that we could start implementing the sameearly next year.

ngano na a na bayad or paliton pa ang sticker para makolekta ang basura. ngano sa uban na lugar wa man lage cla gapa bayad.

Dear Amy,

Daghang salamat sa imong pangutana kabahin sa sticker system nga gi-implementar sa Bayawan LGU.

Aduna'y bayad ang pagkolekta sa basura tungod kay ang pag-implementar sa programa sa pagdumala sa basura daku kaayo. Gani sa pagkolekta lang sa matag-usa ka sako sa semento nga basura, ang LGU mogasto ug 2.40 (dos pesos ug kwrenta centemos), apan ang pabayaran lang sa mga tawo dos pesos lang. Ang kwarenta centemos muguwa nga subsidiya na sa gobyerno.  Sa kinatibuk-an, dili gani matawag nga bayad ang dos pesos tungod kay kulang gani kini nga kantidad sa suma total nga gasto sa gobyerno sa pagdumala sa basura.

Kon libre ang bayad, mahitabo nga ang uban nga programa sa gobyerno dili na mahatagan ug pundo tungod kay nahurot na tanan sa pagdumala lang sa basura. Mao kini ang gilikayan sa gobyerno. Ug dugang pa, ang pag-implementar sa programa sa pagdumala sa basura dili ti-aw tungod kay dunay balaod nga nagmando ug mga lakang nga angayan sundon sa pag-implementar niini nga maoy nakapadako sa galastohanan. Dili pud mahimo nga dili nato kini i-implementar tungod kay tanan nga LGU gimanduan man nga mo-implementar gyud niini. 

Mao nga gikinahanglan kaayo ang inyong gamay nga tampo aron marekober bisan gamay lang nga porsyento sa nagasto alang sa pagdumala sa basura.  Ang tanan nga abot gikan sa sticker mopaingon sa Special Program Appropriation para sa Integrated Solid Waste Management (SPA-ISWM) nga maoy kuhaanan sa pondo aron mapalambo ug mapadayon ang programa sa pagdumala sa basura sa mga pamaagi nga gimando sa balaod. 

Atong isipon nga ang balayran murag plete lang kini sa basura nga atong gipahakot.  Kon wala kitay basura nga ipahakot, wala ra pud kitay huna-hunaun nga balayran. Apan seguradohon lang nga ensakto ang atong paghipos sa basura ug wala nato kini sunuga.

Sa imong pangutana nganong ang uban nga LGU wala man gapabayad. Ang  tubag mao nga naulahi ang ubang LGU sa pagbuhat ug mga lakang aron matuman ang RA 9003 kon Integrated Solid Waste Management Act (aprubado tuig 2001) ang balaod nga nagmando sa pagimplementar ug mga kalihokan sa pagdumala sa basura. Ang lungsud sa Bayawan maoy usa sa mga nauna sa pagpanday ug mga plano ug polisiya agig pagtuman sa balaud tungod kay wala may bisan kinsa nga exempted niini.  Usa sa mga polisiya nga napanday mao ang pag-require sa mga katawhan sa pagbayad sa garbage fee.  Kining pag-require sa garbage fee gitugot kini sa RA 9003 nga maoy naghatag ug legal nga basehanan sa Bayawan LGU sa pag-implementar sa sticker system.

Hinaut pa unta nga nahayagan ka sa maong tubag.

  Good day to everyone!!!
  I just want to complain about the three eateries that operates vedeoke machine. Located at the back of city gym. It is so noisy when they operate it. They increase each other into louder volume so that there costumer can hear. They are competing through louder sound. One of it still operates even if its too late at night. In other hand, we the neighbors are affected due to noisance of this kind of bussines establishment. Especialy the kids who still have class the next morning. They need enough rest. How can you prevent this kind of act? Do they have permit to operate this machine? 
  Hope you can do a favourable action.

Please be informed that this office has already ordered the city's Task Force to conduct an investigation on this matter and to inquire the establishment to comply all the requirements and to observe the city's ordinance in the operation of videoke machines.

A propose amendment to the ordinance regulating the subject establishment is already submitted to the Sangguniang Panglungsod.  The amendment will require videoke operators to provide sound-proofing to these establishments.  In the meantime, an investigation will be conducted regarding your complaint.

during monday morning na ay atendance sa employee sa city hall, na a pud unta atendance ang mga city councilors as honorable person during the said activity.
as a citizen  i have the right to know... can this site can post the atendance of the city councilors during their session so that i may who is "pala absent" thanks.

The attendance of the members of the City Council is not mandatory.  If they are on official business or have other matters to attend they may be excused from the Monday Morning Program.  Regarding their attendance during sessions this is mandatory except they are on official business or on leave.

You can check the records with the SP Secretary with regards to their attendance during sessions.  Hope this clarifies your query.

SHN 520 kusog lang gaayu mag drive, sa driver dili cya aware sa city ordinance na city speed limit. sa motor red plate nos., SG 1470 (check during salary) SG 4630, SG 4514, SG 4605 and SF 1471. kaning mga pasaway na red plate nos., gegamit nila ang motor as a personal use. sa concern na department check lang palihug.

I just visited my beautiful City and very happy to see the massive improvement!!! However, I have GREAT concern regarding HEALTH issue specifically at Malabugas Beach. 

There are so many people who are not realizing how hazardous it is to raise pigs next to the Malabugas beach. 

The Beach could be very beautiful and would attract a lot of visitors/foreigners, but due to the bad odor and the polution I had witnessed, it is hard to convience even to me to invest more!

I realized that this is very difficult issue for the locals because raising pigs is one of their ways of living, but it should not be the price for HEALTH HAZARD ISSUE. 

What I would like to suggest is to have the city government slowly STOP the locals from raising pigs anywhere near the beach and have the government allocate a specific area for raising pigs for their living.

I visited and appreciated the Government Housing Project at the Boulevard area, and I have faith in our government to do the same and look out for the Health Risk at the Malabugas Beach residents, this is why I have GREAT confidence on our Government to solve this matter soon.
