Good Day…  mangayo lang unta ko solusyon aning atong cable tv sa Bayawan. Naglibog lang man gud ko ug unsay tinuod nga rasun ani sa FIl Products kung nganong halos mo one year na nga minus kaayo ang reception sa mga channels nga ilang ginapagawas. 

Nganong ga-karat o ga-balas man ning reception sa mga channels? Sauna abi nako ug ang  cable wire sa hauz ang deprensya… pero I have noticed…  ang channels 7-65 ra man ang gakarat o balas ang makita.. kanang channel 3 (CCTN) ug channel 6 ( FPSTI) ug CH4 (GMA7) klaro man kayo.. tin-aw ra man kayo ang reception…. Unsa diay deprensya sa CCTN ug GMA7 nga channels sa HBO, ABS-CBN, ESPN, SOLAR SPORTS, Disney Channel ug ANC?? Ngano klaro ang CCTN unya ang uban dili na halos maklaro ang nawong sa actors/anchors??

Nisulay na me ug ask ani sa ila office but wala man gihapon aksyon ang ila office. I hope the city can do something para ani… kay there are more 2,000 subscriber sa Bayawan ani nga cable provider and that means more than half a million pesos a month or 9 million pesos a year gross income for them without even trying something to give better service sa mga subscribers.

I appeal to our City Officials, basun makita ning gamayng problema namong mga subscribers (pero dako nga income sa FPSTI)

This regarding your reply about Kalumboyan Tabuan Banay banay budget which is 5 million.You reply about Lapay Bugay is priority,let me ask please.Any reason why? Banaybanay Tabuan to Kalumboyan is not given any attention at all, eventhough in the 5 million budget they were mention and included? Is this not unfair to those people who live in mention area? We know govt has a lot priorities and we know this is a taxpayers money. Hope for the reply.

Route 3	- Kalumboyan, Tabuan, Lapay, Bugay, San Jose and Manduao road.
        - Kalumboyan – Tabuan section is already an all-weather road
        - Therefore as approved section Lapay - Bugay – San Jose (5 kms) is given a   
          priority. 
        - Next year 2013 – spot concreting will be done.

What happen to the roads? vedry important and most priority things which is farm to market road. Road dont have even canals which is not very passable during rainy season.
