Si John concern lang siya tungod sa iyang nakita nga ang service vehicle sa Bawad gihimo ninyo og service sa imong pamilya og gigamit sa pag laag laag and that its not good. Dapat kanang vehicle naka standby sa opisina during walay trabaho. Many eyes looking at you why you are using the BAWAD vehicle which it is not your private service to serve your family. To serve the public walay pasikat. 
I hope you understand why the public is complaining.

This is my observation,city want to show that its going better.Yeah thats true, improvement,and publicity we know that its from taxpayers money.And we know we have right to ask what is the priority of the city at the moment?I thought you want to help the agriculture sector which is the main source of income of Bayawanon.But when you noticed this hinterland Baranggays which really need the roads ar forgotten.From Dauis,Banaybanay Tabuan to Kalomboyan are still rubbish road.There is no acces in this area.I know City has more priority but this is a very long time problem.Until now there is nothing we can do? Farmers needs the roads.Please help our farmers the one who feed us.The true goverment servant is not only for publicity.

Still,no improvement in Tabuan to Kalomboyan road.Road is totally a mess.Why most of the baranggay had its road concrete?Tabuan cannot even repair:?anything wrong?I know that the city acquired so many heavy equipements many service vihicle?what is that for?they cannot even srape the road going to Tabuan?We are talking about improvement Bayawan is an agricultural city most of its income came from agri business.why not help farm to market road first?

Bayawan is still a relatively young city and also has the biggest land area in Region 7.  The resources of the LGU cannot just be dedicated for road improvement alone as it still has to attend to several other infrastructure projects, as well as carry out various social services, health, sanitation, food security, and environmental programs.

At any rate, the LGU is now planning to acquire some road construction equipment to be used solely for repair and improvement of barangay roads. The City Government hopes to pursue the acquisition as soon as financial assistance from local banks is obtained.

natingala lang ko ngano nimahal ang balayran sa bawad.imbes nidaghan ang concessionaire nimahal na hinoon. nimahal dagway ky dako sila gasto ila fuel. kay ang ila mga salakyan gnahimo personal nga service sa ila mga empleyado. ginadala sa ila mga balay ang mga salakyan. ang driver sa innova ang bana sa manager unya ang pasahero ang mga anak. ginahimo pa service hatod kuha sa mga anak sa eskwelahan. ang motor ug ang pick up sa bawad gina personal pud. usahay laing tawo ang mag drive.ginagamit mag laag. John, I know you are just being biased and have the motive to mail unpleasant words because you cannot accept the fact that you are on the list of consumers for disconnection. Dili jud me pahangyo basta pulotlan naka. Three months overdue bill is entitle to a disconnection. It is written in a notarized contract you signed with BAWAD. You are right! DILI ME PAHANGYO! We are proud of our collection efficiency of  97%.

Daghang salamat sa imong pagpakabana John, and please be informed of the following facts and figures:

Ang BAWAD usa ka Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) og nagasubay sa mga Special Laws niini. Ang BAWAD adunay mother agency nga mao ang Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA). Busa ang BAWAD dili ubos sa pamahala sa  local nga pangagamhanan sa Bayawan City or to any political subdivision.

Ang taripa o balayranan sa tubig gekan sa usa ka water utility ginahimo sa LWUA og ang implementasyon niini gina monitor sa National Water Resources Board (NWRB). Sumala sa National Standards, hangtod lamang sa maximum 5% sa   pinakaubos nga income sa usa ka pamilya mao ang balayran alang sa tubig. Meaning, the poverty line is PhP 5,000.00/month, so 5% = 250.00 pesos. Mao kana ang kantidad nga para sa tubig.

Ang 148.00 pesos nga minimum rate sa BAWAD nagsogod kaniadto pang 1998. Ubos pa gani sa 250.00 pesos. Kini nikunhod  lamang sa 100.00 pesos solod sa tuig 2004-2008 tungod sa tabang pinansyal ,hatag sa City Government of Bayawan , pinangulohan ni Honorable  Saraña.

And for 2009, we serve Bayawan with mineral drinking water at a cost of only 1.48 centavos per liter or 30 centavos per 20 liter gallon.
 
Ang komon nga hunahuna nga og magkadaghan ang konsumidor sa tubig magkabarato, dili na tinuod! Sa 600 water districts sa Pilipinas nga gidumala sa LWUA, walay nibarato nga taripa. Pag magdugang ang konsumidor, nagdugang usab og linya, dugang tubig , dugang treatment plant, dugang kuryente, dugang kemikals, etc,etc. Busa, pag dahom daan nga kung magkadaghan ta, magkata-as usab ang taripa niana. Ang LWUA ang ga kompute sa taripa og gina repaso kada tolo ka tuig. Ang BAWAD naka abot na og pulo ka tuig ang taripa.

 We are expecting a new water rate increase this year but President GMA mandated LWUA to freeze the increase due to Global Financial Crisis. 

Ang mga empleyado sa BAWAD naga opisina sa mga kalye , ang among office table mao ang mga linya sa tubig , ang among ballpen og papel mao ang mga pala og tools, ang among aircon ang kainit sa adlaw og ton-og sa gabi-i,  og ang among humok nga lingkoranan mao ang mga salakyan . Mao, ayaw katingala nga ang among mga salakyan ginadala namo kada adlaw kay  ang among trabaho on call 24 hours/7 days a week. Ang mga valve gina abre og ginasirado matag alas 5:00 sa kadlawon  og alas 9:00 matag gabi-i. Ang mga maintenance works sa BAWAD sama sa limpyo sa filters, pag ayo sa mga dagko nga leakages, pagpadalagan sa mga bomba sa tubig, etc , ginabuhat sa gabi-i; panahon nga ang mga konsumidor natolog, wala na gakinahanglan sa tubig.

Og kung ang empleyado adunay personal nga salakyan, ginahatagan siya og fuel allowance sumala sa balaod. Ang among service coverage mao ang tibook Bayawan lakip ang mga barangay sa kabukiran. Layo kaayo ang amo la-ag la-ag; og may lakbay-aral pa ngadto sa uban nga water service providers.

Ang mga empleyado usab sa usa ka GOCC entitle sa travelling (both here and abroad) og training benefits pinasubay sa balaod niini.

Ang mga  kaon - kaon sa BAWAD amo na personal nga gasto, courtesy sa manager og mga empleyado.

Ang mga anak sa Manager adunay kaugalingon nga service pedikab pag eskwela sa Saint Augustine Academy. 

Ayaw og kabalaka kay ang BAWAD daghan og auditors. Adunay LWUA Audit, adunay Commission on Audit (COA) og ga submit og monthly financial statements to LGU Internal Audit Services for transparency and accountability.

Gani, sa tuig 2008, ang BAWAD nakadawat sa Most Outstanding Water District Award in the Philippines for operational and financial efficiency. And this year, our regional finalist to the National Dangal Ng Bayan Award is our own Plumber, Mr. Leo Esco.

John, kung aduna ka pay mga pangutana nga nagkinahanglan og katin-awan, ayaw kaulaw pagbisita sa among opisina aron direkta matubag ang imong mga gikalibogan. 

But one thing is for sure! If you don’t pay your water bills, you don’t deserve our services.

The LGU is now in the process of formulating a new zoning plan for the coastal road area.  Once the plan is adopted, Mr. Seno's videoke will have to move to the aoppropriate area as determined in the new zoning plan.

Kindly update the website of bayawan city. I want to know about the proposed, "No Open Burning Policy" of the city.

Thank you for your inquiry on the "No Burning Policy". Please be informed that the policy is no longer a proposed mandate. RA 9003, approved in 2000, prohibits open burning of solid waste (Section 48, paragraph (3) and punishable with a fine of not less than three hundred (300.00) pesos but not more than one thousand (1,000.00) pesos or imprisonment of not less than one day to not more than 15 days or both. RA 8749 (Clean Air Act) also bans incineration of waste. 

Moreover, Ordinance No. 63, s. 2005 (An Ordinance Providing for an Integrated Solid Waste Management , Establishing the Necessary Organizational Structure, Declaring Certain Acts Prohibited and Providing Penalties, Appropriating Funds Therefore and for Other Purposes), prohibits the same as indicated in Article 19 (Prohibitions and Penalties). 

The policy was enacted to ensure protection of public health and environment. With the current problem on climate change, everybody is called to participate in activities that are geared towards its mitigation of which non-burning of waste is considered as among the best practices.

However, as of the moment, the "no burning policy" is not yet fully enforced. Massive information campaign is necessary so that concerned individuals especially sugarcane farmers will be informed prior to its implementation. Initial dialogues and on-site info drives are being conducted as of the present. Also, the same activities will be conducted at the barangay level. Particular date of implementation of the "no burning policy" will be determined later on when public awareness shall have been completely undertaken.

Just a suggestion for the improvement on our website..

It would be better if the Forum page should be open
in a new window on our browser..coz sometimes it would take time if you will just click on the back button on your browser just to go back to the homepage of the site.

Mas nindut jud sad if naay sad "GALLERY" page na
pwede makaupload ug mga pictures ang atong mga bayawanun regarding sa atong mga tourist spot sa atong palibut...

I know na uploading files is not safe becuase some others would upload virus.. etc that can damage the web server... But we can moderate the 
upload files like .jpg or img lang ang file na pwede dawaton...

Ako kaya nako ni buhaton,,,through php and asp
i can send the code para i integrate nalang sa atong site...

Ang photogallery usa sad ni sa maka ingganyu sa atong mga torista na mo visit sa atong mga lugar
