Its just a querry and I hope official in charge would not fail to anwer about this querry.This is regarding Tabuan road,Im just asking if their any possibility that the road there will be repair? or even maintain? And why this find very difficult to take care of.I hope I can here answer soon.Thank you! pls post my querry.

Please be informed that there is a 2008 approved budget for the repair and maintenance of Kalumboyan-Tabuan-Bugay farm to market road.  This is intended for grading works along the route.  As for concreting of the road, your local government has plans of continuing the suspended concreting works (due to insufficiency of funds) at the intersecti  on along Kalumboyan-Tabuan road.  This will be made possible as soon as additional funds will be appropriated for.

When somebody reported a misconduct in service, does it have to be that the city should know the name and have to treat the complaint by investigating and finally penalizing the person? 

Or shall the city government also consider an initiative or a policy so that misconducts in government service would be prevented?

We apologize for not being able to make an immediate reply.

This office has acknowledged the feedback of the concerned citizen.  The matter was already taken up during the last CF! Colloquium.

On the other hand, your observation is highly appreciated.  Outcome of the discussion on this matter shall be endorsed to the City Administrator for his appropriate action.

CAN MANAGEMENT PLS. TAKE A LOOK SURPRIZE AT YOUR EMPLOYEES SOMETIMES OR OFTENTIMES.  CIGURO SA KA DAGHAN WALA NA OBRA ANG UBAN, THAT THEY SPENT THEIR TIME PLAYING GAMES IN THEIR COMPUTERS EVEN DURING OFFICE HOURS.

We need people like you who could really speak out the negative activities of LGU employees during office hours for us to take necessary administrative action/s.

We would appreciate it if you could specifically name the departments, employees and stating the usual time during office hours this LGU personnel are caught playing in their computers.

Dear Mayor Sarana,

Magandang araw po. Gusto lang po naming humingi sa iyo ng tulong upang ma -improve ang serbisyo ng Peso for Health. At upang lalong makinabang at matulungan ang mga myembrong mahihirap lalo na sa sa medical assistance. Dahil sa ngayon , makakuha ka lamang ng medical assistance kung dito ka sa Hospital natin ma-confine.sa tingin ko mas lalo nilang kailangan ang medical assistance kung ma ospital sila sa dumaguete. Ang ibig sabihin noon ay hindi kaya gamutin  dito sa hospital natin at mas malaki ang halaga ang kanilang kailanganin. Sa pagkakataong ito, mas kailangan nila ang medical assistance.Bakit hindi natin sila bigyan ng medical assistance kung mayroon namang proof na na-confine sila sa ibang hospital. Mas lalo nilang kaialngan ito kung nandoon sila maconfine sa dumaguete at sigurado mas maganda ang serbisyong at benepisyo ang maibibgay sa mga myembro.

Maraming salamat at sana matulungan mo kami.

Aduna na'y "proposal" mahitungod sa pagpalapad sa serbisyo sa atong PESO for Health Program nga maglangkob na lakip ang mahimong galastuhan sa mga pasyente nga ipadala sa Dumaguete City.

Gawas nga wala pa kaayo pinansyal nga kakayahan ang atong PESO for Health Program  nga mualagad niini, ang Provincial Health Insurance of Negros Oriental (PHINO) muhatag sa susamang serbisyo sa mga pasyente nga ihatod sa Dumaguete City.  Kini himoon pinaagi sa paghugpong sa tanang "Health Insurance" sa Probinsya sa Negros Oriental lakip na ang atong PESO for Health Program.

Apan sa pagkakaron, ang maong programa anaa gituki pa sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan sa atong Probinsya.

Hinaot kini nakahatag ug katin-awan.

i suggest na a na ay unta evaluation ang mga department head para mabal an kung qualify ba sila as a head, basi wa sila (department head) kabalo sa ila mga subordinates kung unsa ila function. i suugest na every monday morning service na a sila (department head) time to report regarding their seminar kung nag attend ba sila or thier project regarding their respective department. dili lang e salig nila (department head) sa ila mga subordinates ang tanan na trabaho para makasuroy lang sila  (department head).

·	Pagtuki sa mga isyu nga adunay kalabutan sa serbisyo publiko.

Mao kini ang usa sa nagselbi nga evaluation alang sa atong Department Heads ug City Officials pinanguluhan sa atong Mayor.

Tinood, ang Monday Morning Program gimugna alang sa pagpalapnag sa mga importanteng impormasyon nga adunay kalambigitan sa mahimong trabaho sa matag empleyado.  Usa usab kini ka higayon diin ang mga Department Heads ug uban pang empleyado nga gipadala sa seminar muhatag ug report.  Kung kini dili mahimo, personal nga mureport ang department head ngadto sa Mayor.

This is to reiterate our reply to the previous request of the same nature.  Your local government has an existing plan for the construction of drainage in the urban barangays.  Due to budgetary constraints, the construction cannot be done simultaneously in all barangays in the urban areas.  The scheme is to start the construction from the center outwards.  With the prevailing trends of funding, it is expected that the plan will come to completion.

Bakit hindi na update yong Directory nyo specially elected city officials, Barangay Profile hindi na update at halos walang laman.How many years I read your website but all your Barangays directory its nothing inside. WHAT happen you guys who are responsible??? natutulog ba kayo? Or your surfing only in the internet.
