Hats off and cheers to NORECO Engr.John Quindo and his team to a job well done.The issue was brought up to his attention less than a week ago but him and his team corrected and repositioned the life threatening electrical wiring that pass through the roof of our house in Narra as fast as they could. Couple of  typhoons has passed and my family felt the electrical zap while inside the house. Their hard-work, dedication, teamwork and professionalism made a tremendous impact to the lives of my family. 

Although problem has been solved it puzzled me why the contractor and the Barangay officials made such questionable decision.We lived in the same house and location for 45 yrs and my mother was in Manila when they install the electrical line. I am so thankful that it is over now and thank you so much to the Noreco team headed by Eng. Quindo. Its so nice to see a fellow Bayawanon who are very dedicated to their profession. Thank you and God bless. Amazing work.

i just want to know if when napod may free health mission or free check-up/free opera sa swollen lymph nodes . .dre sa bayawan??
naa bay free check-up sa city health? if wala . pila dagai nay payment para opera?

As of now, we don’t have any scheduled medical mission.  I advised you to consult BDH because they have a surgeon in case there’s really a need for an operation, or if you seek consultation here at CHO, depending upon the diagnosis you will also be managed and referred accordingly if there’s a need. Once again Thank you very much for the prompt action about coconut concern. Perhaps you say, you are not so expert about it but basically you are willing to help together with the team of the Agriculture Dept. I am heartilly thank you all in advance. 

Based on what i was seen last year the area is mixed up of bearing fruits and wild Trees nearby on the creek. Mukhang gubat na rin as in napabayaan nga siya. For that I was ordered a Tractor from Central of Bayawan to help cultivate the land while yung dahon ng coconut nag turn to yellowish. Not at all nadaanan ng Tractor due to slopping area siya and the other things is maraming mga sharp na tuod that it can damaged maybe on the Machine. For that I was have also a Manpower to cut the wild grasses and cleaned the sorrounding of each coconut. A family friend who are recently working in other department of the city told me, cleaned and cultivated the sorroundings on the coconut and fertilizer for coconut is only needed to turn-back the green leafy of Coconuts to those turn to yellowish. But I must have a member first of the Coconut Farmers Organization to avail of this kind of fertilizer so i can minimized the expense. Is that true? Corrected is needed for this matter while I got only this info from someone na hindi naman sigurado totoo or hindi. I know I must go to the right office and right people concering about agricultural but I have only limited days to stay in Bayawan while I have a roundtrip ticket back to Switzerland. Kaya mas inuna ko muna ang pagpapalinis sa area not so good but atleast makakahinga na ng konte ang mga niyog. In the moment yung namumunga parang 5-6 pa nakakapa harvest yung previous owner. Itong mga bago sabi ng family ko is nag action na daw namumulaklak kaya lang hindi pa bumabalik ang kulay ng dahon sa niyog. Yun ang pinoproblema ko at nadagdagan pa yung issued na isa sa mino-monitor ang Bayawan at Basay sa mga affected areas sa nasabing mag co-cause ng damaged sa coconut and transfer to one another trees. Sobrang takot ko duon not only for what we have invest is, but also to my families and other people who will work there it will also affect to them and most of it the coconut itself, nakakapanghinayang kasi young at malalaki na sila, kumbaga konteng alaga at abono nalang maging Fruity na ang mga puno. Sana mawala yan sa area natin malaking kawalan ito sa mga kapwa Coconut-Farmers. Tama na yung ibang Region sa Pinas ang naapektuhan I know one Region but i will not mention the place but thier Niyog and Manggo will confiscated by the Authority in Seaport or Airport.Once passengers bring some manggo or a Niyog from this Region to eat maybe is not allowed due to the desease that can creat to transfer of desease to Region which is not affected of this kind of Desease if they bring. Para daw kasing parasite na pumapatay ng mga puno at nanghahawa. Sana mawala yan sa mga lugar natin.

Hi guys i would like to ask regarding sa Coconut Farm. I read this article: http://www.visayandailystar.com/2012/April/02/negor2.htm. Please give me some contact directly on your office concerning on matters I know the land is part of Basay but I am prepare to have contact in your office while this is my Homecity. And want to start soon a business prepare to Bayawan proper. This is our future plan. In the moment I need your help while we are so far away. The land that we bought last year according to the surviour 94% are coconut medyo napabayaan lang sa previous owner. I am begging your help I want to save the coconut. Its 11 hec. more or less is coconut is there and most of them are young coconut. I have more ideas about Tourism pero wala akong idea about Farming....Please i need your help to save the coconut. We coming on July this year and do anything what is the best for the Farmland.

Your communication through email regarding coconut was referred to our department, the City Environment and Natural Resources Office.  Although we are not really expert in coconut growing but we are willing to share with you basic information you may need.  Just let us know what specific information so we can share whatever is available from us.  We can also refer you  to the City Agriculture Office, another department in our local government unit which is directly handling the coconut production activities of our city.

Good Day. Ask ko lang kung may record yong parent sa inyo. Kumuha kasi ako ng copy ng birth certificate nila sa NSO ang they only gave me a certificate if negative registration. They told me that its either di na iforward ng registrar office ang record nila sa NSO o talagang di sila registered.Please advise po kung paano ako makakakuha sa inyo ng copy kung meron and pag wala nmn po silang record what are the requirements po para magpa late register sila. Good Morning. Estrella Cadungog (maiden name) born on November 12, 1952 has no record of birth with the Civil Registrar’s Office.  Same with Henrito Tano Sabate born on January 8, 1948. 

Please apply for delayed registration with your local civil registrar, following the out of town registration.

I happened to to get hold of the profile and development plans of the city at AdMU School of Governance. Thank you very much for a prompt actions for what I was discussed of my previous topic. Actually it will help alots of both sides for the city and the Bayawanos People including me of course siyempre Mahal ko ang hometown ko. Sorry kung bakit direct to the point ang pagkasabi ko. Yun kasi ang facts na nakita ko I was felt bad kasi as a Bayawanos gusto ko rin maipakita sa ibang bansa na maganda ang place at safe ang area natin when it comes of Tourism.
Regarding business matter, bad news I stop my business in the other region(-:) and the good news is I was bought some property between Basay and Bayawan then let see what we can do there....so far I am more on searching and learn some ideas about agri-farm especially about maintaining a healthy coconut farm. Maybe anybody can help me about it....Thank you...
And happy coming fiesta to all the Barangays and also belated happy fiesta to Bayawan....Goodluck and more power to the IT,s group.
