good day! kanus-a sugdan ang implementation na wala nay mga rice and corn mills building within residential areas and if naa bay balaod regarding this, na ipalayo ni nga klase sa business sa sulod sa syudad. thank you.

Hi,                                                To the municipal officials i really appreciate the things done in the city but thiers one thing i comment why is it that the Barangay Maninihon until now dont have a power line,thats the only trouble i ever found everytime we come and visit from USA it been a long time already since my birth until now thiers no electric line and im 28 this year so it means last 27 yrs no line until now and its so unfair because i want my family to have a simple appliances but they cant because no power line.I hope somebody will recognise this and i really appreciate for that.I know thiers a lot of projects and things to be done but hope also thats they give sometime to know whats going on in some barangays specially maninihon not far in the city.Thank you and have a wonderfull three kings to all bayawanon.

There is already an approved budget (Economic Development Fund, CY 2008) for the Construction of Electrical System-Street Lights at the Diversion Road, Brgy. Villareal, this city.  This project is scheduled for implementation in the 3rd quarter of 2008.  When NORECO II installs the electrical lines for this undertaking, resident from Sitio Maninihon, Brgy. Villareal can then avail of the electrical power provided by the local electric cooperative.

The Sangguniang Panlungsod enacted ORDINANCE NO 36 on June 20, 2006 and approved on July 18, 2006 by the City Mayor entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF ANTI-SMOKING"
What is Prohibited is Smoking in:

1. All Government Public Buildings
2. Schools in all levels
3. Hospitals/Medical Clinics
4. All enclosed Public Places with an area of less than 100 sq. m. any person having owneship, possession or control of a public place not otherwise declared as absolutely smoke free may designate a separate smoking area.

i recently tour around the gk housing project but really, realy, realy shock to discover that conditions prevailin within the housing very awful and disgusting. a challenge to the planners, implementors and every officials involved in the its establishment. try spending a week in one of theee house and feel the inhuman conditions .... character first?

Mo-suggest lang unta ko sa atong CPSO mahitngod sa style sa atong traffic aide nga kalagmitan ma-assign diha sa corner sa national highway og bollos st. kabahin sa pagamit sa iyahang pito. Mura man gud og nasobrahan na ang pagpito nga manday motawag sa attention sa mga motorista ug pedestrian, mura na man ug walay undang nga pagpito nga wala na sa lugar. Akong nakita ang iyahang kasinsero sa iyahang trabaho apan murag nasobrahan na god na ang iyang pagamit sa pito. Sakit kaayo sa dunggan kanang gasakay ka og potpot unya pagtabok tongod sa iyaha gaboylo og pito ra gihapon. Dili na mabal-an sa motorista o pedestrian kung ang maong pagpito para sa unsa og kang kinsa ba. Kinanglan lang dagway i-seminar ang mga traffic aides nato sa ciudad sa ensaktong pagamit sa pito ug mga hand -signals aron mas mapamaayo ang ilang trabajo ug dili makahatag ug perwisyo na hinoon sa publiko. I noticed that daghan nga mga truck de carga ang ga parking diha sa triangle sa crossing san ramon nga grabe gayud ka delikado sa mga motorista. Gi allow ba sa city ang pag parking dhang dapita? Kasagaran dili mugamit ug EWD or kun naa man galing, dili maklaro kay barat. Palihug action ang city aron malikayan ang mga disgrasya.

We thank you for calling our attention regarding the matter but we already made actions before we received the complaint to discontinue the practice of some drivers in parking their trucks in the area mentioned. 

As of now, we cannot place “no parking“ signboards in the area since we do not have the corresponding ordinance yet.  What we are doing right now is just to regulate the parking of these vehicles but we cannot demand for fines as of this time.

We have one traffic personnel assigned in the area from 6:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. with break times both in the morning and afternoon.  We do not discredit the possibility that when the traffic officer is not in his post after his duty hours, these drivers grab the opportunity to park their vehicles there.  

We have already submitted a request to the City Council to enact an Ordinance prohibiting parking in the vicinity.  We do approach drivers also and ask them to stop parking in the area.

As to those trucks parking in the area without Early Warning Device, we can charge them with fines as they violate Traffic Rules.
