As i observed there are lots of vans/delivery trucks/dumptrucks parked along the boulevard. They do not even use early warning devises. There are children and residents playing basketball along the boulevard. Some irresponsible drankards drive their motorcycles/vehicles beyond speed limit as if the devil is catching on them. What is the city doing on this? Is this tolerated? Do we wait for accidents to happen before our city wil act on this?

Sir/Madame:

The regulation with the use of the boulevard e.g. parking of cargo trucks and the like is now submitted at the Sangunian for deliberation and sooner they shall come out with an ordinance to address this problem.

Please be informed that we do not tolerate the violations enumerated by the good informant and the City Public Safety Office and its Traffic Management Section is doing its best to address the problem.

In fact, the assigned enforcers during night time were able to apprehend a number of violators of our traffic laws.

Thank you very much for your observation and rest assured that we shall use it to strengthen our services with the taxpayers.

unsa man plano sa city kabahin sa coastal road? naa ba plano ni abrihan sa trapiko aron makuhaan ang volume sa sakyanan sa highway? or tambayanan lang gyud ni sa mga salakyan ug mga tawo aron lingaw-lingaw?

Ang â€œCoastal Road/Boulevardâ€?, bisan wala pa gyud kini nahuman, abli na sa trapiko.  Ngani, ubay-ubay na sa mga sakyanan ang gaagi niini.

Sa laing bahin ang City Public Safety Office (CPSO) aduna nay â€œproposed traffic regulationâ€? alang  sa maong dalan nga gi-endorse ug anaa gituki karon sa Sangguniang Panglungsod.

Bilang usa ka concern citizen sa Bayawan, I just like to make complaint regarding sa mga gaharag  nga lubi gikan ka Brame Omagtang padulong ka Konsehal Douglas Tijing nga dalan going to the new City site. During typhoon or heavy rains, daghan kaau mga lubi ug paklang mangaatak sa dalan ug delikado kau sa mga kabataang estudyante nga mangagi ug samok sad sa mga salakyan.Aduna usab gaharag nga noreco post ug delikado kau kini. Aduna usab nga tanom nga gatouch sa kuryente.
Please akong gihangyo  ang public health and safety sa paghatag daun ug madaliang aksyon aron masolusyonan kini ug malikayan ang disgrasya.

Ang imoha nga sulat reklamo gihatagan na ug pagtagad sa buhatan sa Public Safety ug ato nga nasayran nga ang modagan pito ka mga lubi gipanag-iya sa pamilya ni Kag. Bryan Omagtang ug matod pa niya nga ok lang sila nga putlon ang maong mga lubi alang sa kasigurohan sa publiko.

Bisag unsaon og pangampanya sa BIR nga mangayo ug resibo, dili kini ma realize kung ang mga business establishments wala natarong ug seminar bahin niini. Gadako na ang sign nga nag ingon "Ask for Receipt" sa ila bongbong pero kung mangayo ka ug resibo, tagaan raka ug Order Slip. Kung intawon ang nagayo ug resibo dili makalamtaw nga order slip ra diay ang gihatag, mouli rapod intawon nga way maayong nahimo sa kauswagan ra gobyerno. Mao ni nga ang dato ra sa Pilipinas mga negosyante, kay gihimo nila ang tanan para makalikay sa buwis. Dili ba ang maong buhat sa paghatag ug order slip imbes nga resibo matawag natong Tax Evasion? Hinaot maimbestigahan ni kay gamay ra gud nga mga Business Establishment ang mohatag ug "resibo". Dapat siguro mopadala mo ug mga asset unya mopalit kunohay sa mga dagkong tindahan dayon papangayoon ug resibo para mahibal-an kung kinsa tong wala nagatuman sa balaod.
Mao ra kini ang akong concern. Hinaot ma aksyonan ni ninyo.

Salamat kaayo sa maayo ug sakto nga concern.  Daghan na kaayo ang mipadangat diri sa BIR na opisina sa pareho nga obserbasyon apan wala gihapon mausab ang pamaagi sa mga business sectors bisan gipanghatagan na ug silot, mga multa sa BIR.

Masulbad ni nga problema kung ang tanang tawo sa siyudad sa Bayawan pareho nimo nga nagpakabana ug nagkahiusa.

Ang mayo nga buhaton sa mga Bayawanon kung mopalit sa tindahan mangayo ug resibo.  Kung ang ihatag ORDER SLIP o DELIVERY RECEIPT, magsulat ug reklamo ug pirmahan kini.  Ihatod sa opisina sa BIR, Bayawan City. Ang BIR Dumaguete na ang mahibalo mo pahamtang sa multa sa mga malapason.  Kay sila maoy dunay authority mopahamtang ug multa.

â€?Bawayan City Character First Cityâ€? according to your on line in Bawayan Website, What is a City of Character? States that â€œa City of Character is one in which the elected officials, community leaders, and citizens-at-large recognize the importance of good character.â€? Some of the elected officials â€œmember of the councilâ€? are not valuing the importance of the program of the city, a simple Monday morning they cannot attend. I think they neglect this program!
Under character first the program â€œIn line with our desire to instill the proper character traits to the person of every employee of the City Government, each department/office is requested to discuss a Character Trait during the Morning Assembly every Mondays for 5-7 minutes to promote our program on Character Buildingâ€?. I think not only the employee will discuss Character Trait during the Morning Assembly also the honorable elected official(member of the council) should do their part as a good leader in this city, to determine their sincerity of the said program.
In line with this, this is only my suggestions, that no one is exempted with this

Thank you for your comment.  As much as possible the members of the SP are encouraged to attend the Monday morning session.  However, sometimes they have seminars, conferences & other activities, which require their presence and these are mostly done outside Bayawan, so they could not be present. 

With regards to your suggestions, I will bring this up with the CF! TWG so that they could send notices to the SP members.  I know they will respond positively.  Thank you for your comment and suggestion.

This is regarding the Spillway in Tabuan river.This really concern us especially of those who live in Baranggay Tabuan and Banaybanay,of which is very dangerous during the long rainy days.This spillway are clogging up and water overflowing the spillway above thigh.The people from here cannot pass because of high level of water.What can  city of Bayawan response in this situation?I think this is not a joke,this is a big matter need attention.Do we prioritize the Health and Safety?.The primary concern here is the safety of the people.What will happen if in case of emergency?There are no hospital in this place they need to go to city proper,and the only acces is this spillway,and we cannot even pass. What will happen if accident occur here because people are trying to cross the river?This two baranggays are using this acces to cross Tabuan river going to city.Its very disgusting,It is the very need of the people but the government are doing nothing.Its been a long problem,roads and this Spillway.Its very sad to think that people from here are deprive to have this.How can this people uflift their way of living if even roads, they dont have a proper one.We know roads is they key in this situation.this is very important.Tourist needs roads,investors need roads.Subdivision needs roads.You cannot sell a house in subdivision without roads.Accesisibility is the priority in business.I hope I can hear answer regarding this matter. Thank you!!!

Mga tinahod,

Ang motorsiklo nga nagdala sa plaka No. SG 4169 kasamtangan nga ana-a giissue sa buhatan sa City Public Safety Office ug gigamit sa usa sa among mga traffic enforcers.

Among giangkon nga ang sticker nga gipatapot sa nasangpit nga motorsiklo 2005 apan dili kami mabasol niana tungod kay ang Land Transportation Office wala man mohatag kanamo ug pula nga sticker alang sa tuig 2006.

Apan kon ang gipasabot sa "secret compliant" nga nagalangkob sa alegasyon nga "expired ang rehistro" saamong motorsiklo, sa walay pagduhaduha ako moingon nga kini dili insakto.  Ang rehistro sa among motorsiklo balido hangtod Septiyembre 14, 2007 ug gani gipaubos na kini sa emission testing niadtong Septiyembre 10, 2007 alang sa renewal sa registro niini sa tuig 2007.

Atong hibaloan nga ang sticker magapamatood nga ang usa ka motorsiklo narehistro sa usa ka particular nga tuig apan kon wala kay sticker dili usab kini hingpit nga nagapamatood nga hopas o "expire" ang rehistro sa usa ka sakyanan. 

Sa ponto legal kini gitawag nga "rebuttable presumption" ug dili "conclusive" presumption.

Sa amo nga bahin, samtang among giangkon nga "expired" ang sticker nga gipatapot sa among motorsiklo apan aduna kami balido nga rehistro, boot ipasabot nga adunay kami katungod nga mogamit sa karsada.

Tugoti kami sa pagtin-aw nga ang balido nga rehistro mas importante ug mas bug-at komparar sa usa ka "expired" nga sticker.

since my birth until now in my street there is no drainage in our street to be specify along mabini street boundary of boyco and suba please give me a good reason why LGU cannot work for it, that this area is near at boulevard. i hope that concern will give a appropriate actions regarding my complaint becasue during raining we encounter "baha" it been our misery for a long period of years. please work for it. thank in advance and merry christmas in advance

The City Engineering Department is now in the process of establishing the City Storm Drainage System and in time will reach your barangay, while construction is going on in other urban barangays.

Please be informed that the city has a Master Plan for the construction of drainage canals in the urban barangays. Due to budgetary constraints, as there are still other equally important projects to be funded, the construction has to start from the urban center outwards.  Rest assured that when it reaches your area, priority will be given to your request.

Naguol ako pag-ayo kay dagko kau ang singil sa buwis para nakong tig-ihaw ug baboy sa tiagge. Unsa man na ila ginabasihan ana? Ang mga baboy nga maihaw nako kada adlaw? Nganong ang mga Botika ug dagkong tindahan gamay raman ang gina remit nga buwis? Dili kaha sila ang mas may dakong bayranan kay minilyon ila kita kada tuig samtang ang mga uyamot nga tig baligya karne, kulang ra sa ila pang-adlaw adlaw ila ginansya. 

Ako ug ang akong mga kaubang manug-ihaw manghinaot nga kini tagaan ug importansya sa lokal nga gobyerno. Daghang salamat bisag gaguol ko pag sulat niini.
