I was born in Malabugas but left 1981 after college I just wnat to know what are some good opportunities there. I planned to return back and setle in bayawan city.

greetings to everyone,

i would like to share my utmost appreciation to the city of bayawan, where i have been this last may 2010 to visit my relatives (abella and mananquil clan). we had a family reunion held at the beach along the boulevard and it had been one of the most memorable experiences i ever had during my stay in the philippines. a lot of people i knew had already been planning to go to bayawan after they saw our photos and videos with great scenery background. to all bayawan officials, employees, offices and other people involved, you have succeeded in making bayawan a beautiful and very interesting city, and made it possible for a very short visit like what i had to be great enough to last a lifetime.

to my grandfather, michael mananquil, thank you for your hospitality during my visit. keep up the good work i know you have always done in improving bayawan. in the years to come, i will surely visit the city again, with even higher expectations than before. by that time, i hope you will finally be able to attend our family reunion.

once again, congratulations to all of you. more power  and god bless.

 first of all, kumusta sa akong mga kababyan?

Mag inquire lang unta ko kung possibly ba mapakabitan ug electricity ang balay sa akong apohan located didnha sa bulibuli banga i think less than a kilometer from building of "organic fertilizer composer" (im not sure of the name). wala naman gud kaau mga balay silingan didto nalooy jud ko kaau nila mao nga gusto jud nako cla tabangan. if this possible, how is the procedure? Hope to hear from your opinion soon..More power to bayawanon!!!

We just want to know the procedure of allocating councilor in every Baranggay..Why some Baranggay was given more attention and favor. Just to be fair councilor which task in Baranggay Tabuan has done nothing in his Baranggay assignment. .Nothing you can see improvements.Long time problem is the road.Pardon me if its seems to be foul statement. But Whoever is it,for me its useless councilor.Hope for changes and assign another person who can handle the real problem of the people,not the problem of your own councilor.Taxpayers put you here to do something not to be a useless...Please answer me..and publish this please. Thank you!

I like to comment that why raffy duhaylungsod is new tourism officer of bayawan. He is not qualified coz he never pass the civil service exam and he has ambitious bubbly mouth. he is also against the administration....

Hello there. I am Pinky. First time po nameng uuwe ng family ko sa Bayawan for a reunion. Ask ko lang po kung anu-anong hot spots and sceneries most especially beaches ang marerecommend nyo since it will be just a 1 week vacation for us. We, from the Tourism Office are happy that you have a tie-up with us personally.  We certainly acknowledge your interest in the tourism industry here in Bayawan City.

We have several tourist destinations that you could really enjoy such as our beaches and mountain resorts.  The Niludhan Falls, in Brgy. Dawis which is almost 40 kms from the city proper is located right along the highway.  If you prefer for a more adventurous type of activities we recommend you to visit Lourdes Falls in Brgy. Narra and Habhaban Cave in Brgy. Malabugas.  Please inform our office ahead of time so we can arrange for your tour and cave guides.  You can visit the Pandan Beach or at la Vista del Mar beach resort, or at the Funtasea beach resort in the nearby town of Basay. 

Since it is your first time to come home, you may learn for yourself about our city’s flagship programs and projects. You can visit our waste water treatment facility (the first LGU constructed wetland in the country), our more than 700 homes/unit at the GK Village, our Bio-diesel processing Plant at the new government center and have a relaxing night at out famous boulevard (considered to be the longest in the country), and lastly if you want for a comfortable rest after a long and tiring day, you can stay for a night at the newly-built Bayawan City Integrated Business Center.
