Chosen through a rigorous and competitive screening process, these local young leaders representing multi-sectoral organizations across Metro Bayawan have proven their commitment, character, and capability to lead with vision and integrity. From over 140 applications, they now begin their journey as the first-ever IYLA cohort.
But this is just the beginning. Over the next 2โ3 months, our pioneering batch will undergo an intensive leadership training program filled with synchronous and asynchronous modules, interactive and experiential activities, and expert mentorship designed to sharpen their skills and prepare them to become ๐๐ฐ๐ญ๐ถ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด in their communities! โ๐ผ
