OBJECTIVES

To maintain and repair all buildings and other structures owned by the local government.

To provide assistance to the different departments and barangays in the conduct of activities related to general services in support to the City's thrusts.

To ensure that all electrical systems, equipment and facilities are operated at acceptable standards as to quality and workmanship and that all limiting conditions are met.

To ensure the maintenance, operation and repair of all light vehicles and motorcycles owned by he local government.

To facilitate the procurement of supplies, materials and properties needed by the local government

To ensure that all properties, plants and equipment of the city are recorded accurately
